MiniRoos (Under 6 to Under 12)

MiniRoos is the name for small-sided football (i.e. smaller pitches and teams of less than 11 players). Ages Under 6 through to Under 12 play under the FFA MiniRoos match rules, which are non-competitive games

MiniRoos football caters for our youngest players to give them an introduction to the game. Ranging in age groups from Under 6 through to Under 12s, the purpose is to give children the basic skills of playing this low-contact team sport in a friendly and fun environment.

Under 6 to Under 17 play Saturday only.

Youth (Under 13 to Under 17)

Selection trials are typically held each October/November for the All Saints Hunters Hill FC Performance Program. All Saints FC seeks to form performance teams in each youth age group subject to availability of sufficient players with appropriate skills, interest and commitment

For players not in the Performance Program, selection trials will be held on a discretionary basis depending on numbers and skill variation in the various age groups.

As a club, we recognise the importance of the social aspect of club football with friends wanting to play together and will try and accommodate team requests where logistically viable.

Players can register as individuals and the Club will seek to allocate them to an appropriate social and skill-level team. Players wishing to register as individuals are encouraged to contact the Club (relevant VP) to discuss their situation. To avoid disappointment, players should register early. Many teams have pre-season training and trial games where people have the opportunity to meet their prospective team mates and get a better understanding of skill levels.

All Saints Football Philosophy

ASHHFC is a community club that accepts all players across age groups, genders and playing abilities. ASHHFC gives players an opportunity to play football at the age group, skill level and community/friendship group that the player/parent feels appropriate for their individual circumstances.

The purpose of for our Football Philosophy is to provide players and prospective players with guidelines on how teams are formed and operated at ASHHFC. This should ensure that confusion and misunderstandings are minimised and, if they arise, are raised and addressed early in a season. The document is not meant to be prescriptive and inflexible but a range of guidelines the ASHHFC committee encourages players and teams to adopt. The club retains, at its sole discretion, the right to amend or change these guidelines to reflect individual circumstances or specific teams.
